Smartpark has been in the industry for 20 years. From its technology-based predecessor, Smartpark has grown into a leader in parking management, parking system development and equipment sales, and manpower services. We count as clients some of the leading Commercial, Mall and Real Estate Developers in the Country. We are currently entrusted with the management of over 100 carpark facilities, which include those located at Shopping Malls, Offices, Hotels, Schools, Carpark Lots and even Street Parking Facilities.

A technology company at it’s inception owned by Integrated Microelectronics, Inc.

Started as a technology-based company dealing in micro-electronics, part of a major Philippine Company
