The Accounting Clerk is responsible in handling various accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, processing accounts payable, analyzing expenses, reconciliations, budgeting, financial reporting, tax reporting, coordinating with property managers, managing communication with property management, supervising accounting information, coordinating with teams, analyzing balance sheet accounts, maintaining data integrity, processing invoices, updating accounts receivable transactions, participating in acquisitions processes, and providing support for property activities and client requirements.
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and the management team by handling reports, document control, and tracking monthly project data. Additionally, perform various clerical, administrative, and office support activities as required by the assigned department.
The Carpark Teller is responsible for maintaining higher collection as the end result of the operations, suggesting or recommending car park innovations, and maintaining harmonious relationships among his/her colleagues.
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, which involves handling all inquiries, building and maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction with the company’s products and services; and assisting with any issues or problems, and providing support through phone, email, and live chat.
The Engineering Staff is responsible for providing administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork, reports, document control and tracking of the monthly project data and other clerical tasks for the assigned department as required.
The Janitor/Janitress is responsible in maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash containers within the premises and other related services which may be required or requested from time to time.
The Receptionist is responsible for performing general duties, such as receiving and directing visitors and applicants, and answering telephone calls. Additionally, the position assists the Admin Department in implementing and administering various administrative policies and programs.
The Valet Driver is responsible for coordinating with the Team Leader on valet operations, logging vehicle status and accessories left before and after retrieval, reporting concerns/grievances to the Lead Cashier, and providing exemplary customer service.
