Parking Guidance System
Parking Guidance System
With the aid of the Parking Guidance System, or PGS, drivers may navigate the parking lot more easily and find a vacant spot with less effort.
2 Types of Parking Guidance System
1. Overhead Slot Sensor Module (OSSM)
placed just above each parking space to identify if a car is present or not. It operates by sensing the transmitted ultrasonic wave's echo, based on the sonar ranging principle. The duration required for the reflected wave to arrive at the receiver is utilized to ascertain the presence of the vehicle.

Light Indicator
Used in conjunction with the Overhead Slot Sensor Module to show the status of the parking space.
Status:
Red – Occupied slot
Green – Vacant slot
Blue – PWD Vacant slot

2. Unitized Slot Sensor Module (USSM)
A single integrated unit houses both the light indicator and the ultrasonic transducers, known as the Unitized Slot Sensor.

Slot Availability Display
Indicates how many available vacant slots there are on a specific parking area. Typically installed in parking zones or entrances. On a parking lot, multiple units can be installed sufficient to cover several points of entry or access.
- Orientation can be landscaped or portrait.
- Can be wall or ceiling mounted.
- Can be attached to Entrance Pylon.
- Customizable depending on client’s preference.
